Refund policy

No returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of these ceramic pieces, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Please review photos and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Order cancellation
We do not currently accept order cancellation. Please review your order and related details thoroughly prior to placing order.

Delivery address input error
If you place an order with the wrong address, you can contact us at quiggystudios@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipping. However shipping occurs in real time, and things often get shipped before a correction is received. Addresses cannot be changed once the package is in transit. If the package is returned to us, we will refund your purchase for the cost of the items minus the shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee. If you still want the order, you are responsible for placing a new order with the correct address.

Damaged or wrong item sent
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Failure to report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery restricts our ability to file a claim with our carrier, and we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
