Specialized Protective Packaging
We take extra care to ensure your delicate items arrive safely. At our discretion, fragile goods may receive specialized handling, such as hand-wrapping with heavy-duty cushioning layers, placement in double-walled boxes, and/or surrounded by biodegradable packing peanuts. For items requiring specialized, high-quality packaging, a flat $4.00 fragile handling fee will added to each order at checkout.

While we do everything we can to protect your package, damage in transit can occasionally happen. Please follow these mandatory steps to receive a refund or replacement:

- Inspect immediately: Open and check your items within 48 hours of carrier delivery. Do not unpack broken glass/ceramic completely to avoid injury.
- Take photos: Capture clear photos of the outer box damage, shipping label, and damaged inner product. To avoid injury, please do not completely unpack broken glass/ceramic.
- Contact us: Email your order number and photos to quiggystudios@gmail.com.
Failure to report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery restricts our ability to file a claim with our carrier, and we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
Winter Shipping & Thermal Shock Warning
Ceramics are sensitive to extreme temperature changes. During winter months, if your packages have been sitting in a freezing delivery truck, allow the box to sit indoors at room temperature for 2 hours before unpacking. Washing a freezing cold mug in hot water immediately upon opening can cause the glaze or ceramic to crack.
